FlexChart: Set Bar/Column minimum width?

    Hi,

I have a column chart that has many points, that it looks horrible in full view. I want to set the column with a min width (say 10) so that the column will automatically shown as 10 pixels wide with scroll bar. The first time when the plot is created. Is there a “proper” way to do this?

I am able to achieve this by adjusting the scrollbar by calculating the and setting the scrollbar UpperValue. The issue is that when the plot is first created, it shows all the points (no zoom) and then immediately switch to zoomed mode. Which make the plot kind off jumpy and not as smooth.

Is there a better way to achieve this?

    Thanks,

    Hai

    Hello Hai,

We’re able to observe the behavior at our end. We have shared it with the development team and will get back to you once we have more information. [Internal tracking ID: C1WIN-33382]

    Hello Hai,

As per the team, the behavior can be mitigated by creating and initializing the axis scrollbar before adding the chart to the parent form.

Please refer to the attached sample for implementation. (see FlexChart_Sample.zip)

    Uttkarsh.
