    Hello,

Recently we updated our license to be the most recent version

    10.0.20212.747

When we moved to this build we regenerated our app keys as denoted here:

    https:// www. grapecity .com/componentone/docs/license/online-license/licensing-app-through-website.html

After doing so we get a pop up when trying to access our C1 components in our application which says the key is invalid or missing.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

    I apologize for the delay.

This issue generally occurs if the system or the application is not properly licensed.

Could you please confirm whether the new license is activated on your machine or not? If not then I would request you to activate the license using latest GrapeCity License Manager present at location ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\C1StartMenu’. Please refer to the same from here:

    https://www.grapecity.com/blogs/componentone-2020-v2-licensing-updates

JFYI, after the 2020v2 release it is not required to add a runtime key to your app. As our latest NuGet packages automatically adds a runtime license to your application on the first build. Just in case needed, you can also use our GrapeCity License Manager visual studio add-in to add runtime license to your application.

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Kartik
