    Dear Sir/Madam,

We got the issue during using Spread dotnet library. Namely, when we input the data 23:59 and choose the Time format after that we export to the SSJSON format file and then use Spread dotnet to import this file, the data have an issue with the time format. Instead of the cell will display 23:59 then it displays like the capture below

Please kindly refer to the capture below to get more detail.

    Hi Anh,

Based on the steps mentioned in the SpreadJS, the shown behavior is totally expected. The Microsoft Excel takes the format from the System and shows it when you open an excel file.

Please note that if a formatter is applied to the cell (as shown for the first cell in the video), Microsoft Excel and SpreadJS will show the formatted value. However, if any cell has no formatter applied, then Microsoft Excel will show the format defined by the system.

And therefore, the seen behavior is expected. You could change the datetime- format of the system to see the changes.

    Dear Ankit,

I am very glad to receive your response. I am setting my system format as default and I set one custom format on Spread and one auto-format, but I still got the issue I mentioned above. So please kindly refer to the video in the attachment.

    Best & regards,

    Dear Anh,

Thanks for sharing the video with us. I could see the issue, however, I was unable to replicate it at my end. It seems like a different in the culture or the formatter applied.

The issue seems to be related with the one described at https://www.grapecity.com/forums/spread-webforms/datetime-display-issue-the-datetime-format-has-an-issue-when-importing-from-s . I am creating a new virtual machine to test at my end. I will let you know about my findings soon.

    Regards,

    Ankit
