Evidently, the FlexGrid’s AutoSizeCols method is not yet supported in the Blazor edition. Is there a workaround? And is this feature planned in the product development roadmap?

Hi Calvin,
We are sorry but the autosize feature for rows/columns is not compatible with the current implementation of the control and currently handled as a limitation of the FlexGrid.
Currently, there is no workaround for the same.

Bummer! That’s unfortunate. Automatically sizing column widths when content is filtered allows for more columns to be displayed (potentially, depending on the filtered content). I suppose one could workaround this limitation using JavaScript. But it would likely run relatively slow with updates appearing janky. Hopefully, the column auto-sizing feature is on the product development roadmap for the Blazor edition of the FlexGrid.

Hi,
I have forwarded your concern to the development team and have asked for a workaround. The internal tracking id for the escalated case is: C1XAML-33257.
I will let you know when there is more information on this from the development team.
Regards,
Ankit
