MESCIUS - European Office Transition Information

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new European office, designed to enhance our ability to serve customers with improved regional support and faster response times. If your ship-to address on a software license is located in one of the affected 52 countries, your account will now be managed by our European team. Rest assured, there will be no changes to the products and services you currently enjoy.

  • MySupport: Submit support tickets using the Europen office's contact form, which asks the same familiar questions. While past support cases will not be viewable directly online, all new interactions will be efficiently managed via email.
  • MyLicenses: We are currently migrating licenses to the new system and will update you soon. Your licenses remain safe and intact during this transition.
