    Hi,

we are working with the C1NavBar and Visual Style Office2007Blue. We’ve noticed that if the window is frequently opened and closed, the Visual Style changes to Office2010Blue after 2-3 times.

We’d like to understand why this is happening.

    Our version is 4.8.20233.631.

    Regards,

    Hi Partick,

We created a sample application based on the video and the information you provided. Unfortunately, we could not replicate the issue on our end. Please refer NavBarBehavior.zip to see the behavior.

We have also attached the sample application for your reference. See NavBarIssue.zip

We kindly request you update the attached sample or provide a stripped-down version of your sample application, so that we could replicate the issue on our end. Additionally, please provide the following information:

    1. OS version
    2. VS version
    3. Application target framework
    4. Locale settings of your system
    5. Display setting of your system
    6. Are you working on a VM?
    7. Are you working via RDP?

Please note that this forum is specific to WPF-based C1 queries. For C1 WinForms-related queries, please post in the specific forum: https://developer.mescius.com/forums/winforms-edition

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aastha

    Hi,

I am using .NET Framework 4.8. I’ve included a video where you can see that the issue occurs after the second attempt.

I am not working on any RDP or VM. The system language is German, but the display language doesn’t seem to matter - the issue persists regardless.

Your sample works, but I am unsure why mine does not.

    Hi,

I found the problem. We have the C1Ribbon as the main form, set to the Office2010Blue VisualStyle, while the C1NavBar is set to Office2007Blue. If I change the C1Ribbon to Office2007Blue, everything works.

So, there must be a bug.

    Regards

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for the information.

We updated our sample application according to your use case, but we still could not replicate the issue on our end. The following GIF shows the behavior on our side:

We kindly request that you updated the attached sample application[NaveBarStyle.zip] based on your use-case. Please implement the code logic you used to display and close the ribbon form. Providing a sample application based on your project structure will help us replicate the issue for better analysis.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aastha

    Hi,

I also work with a C1Ribbon - I think that is the problem. Not the RibbonForm!

    Hi Patrick,

We have updated our sample by adding C1Ribbon control with Office2010Blue VisualStyle, but we still could not replicate the issue. You can refer to it here: NavBarRibbon.zip.

It seems that this issue is specific to your project implementation. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with a sample application that replicates the issue. This is required for further investigation of the issue.

    Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Aastha
