Sorry but have gone brain dead! VS2022, C#, Flexreport Designer 8. Just transitioned from SAP Crystal.

Need to display picture on Flexreport that is based upon a filename stored in SQL Server. Have read/followed the documentation but no luck. No problems with displaying info from other fields in the same record. Just the picture.

Got to be something I have missed.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

You just need to drag-drop a Picture field to the report and set its Picture property with the data field having the filename.

Please refer to the attached sample report for implementation. (see SampleReport.zip)

Many thanks! Your report works perfectly. And it helped me further isolate the issue.

Something more is at work as Flexreport will not display JPG files.

Your example of PNG files works great but not with JPG. However the ones I am required to utilize are JPG.

And Flexreport will not display any JPG files.

    Docs indicate it will.

Gonna have to dig around a bit to find out why.

    Thanks again!

    Thanks for the update.

An aside, will not display TIF or Bitmap either.

    Look forward to the fix!
