  Hello,

  You can use C1Themes to configure the height of the panel header by setting the ‘C1SplitContainer\PanelHeader\HeaderHeight’ property in C1ThemeDesigner.
  
  Please refer to the attached sample for implementation. (see SplitContainer_HeaderHeight.zip)
