  Yesterday and today we are having continuous problems creating and using distribution keys.

  The server times out frequently or otherwise reports unknown errors when attempting to create new keys; the keys themselves do not appear to be recognised in their destination domains meaning we are unable to distribute code for evaluation and production.

  I have an open ticket for this - CAS-55352-S2X5N9 - can I get a response as a matter of urgency.

  The ticketing system itself also seems to be suffering from poor performance.

  Our system has been undergoing maintenance lately, which might have caused the issues on your end, however, it should have been resolved by now. Your problem has also been addressed in the ongoing conversation on the ticket that you mentioned. If your issue is still not resolved, please share the required information, i.e. a screenshot of the error popup and all other error messages, if any. We will try to prioritize the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible. You can share the details on the same ticket (CAS-55352-S2X5N9).

  Hi,

  Leaving any license server issues to one side, this is now resolved, thanks.

  In the project in question, although we appeared to be using identical versions of each wijmo library, we were using difference references for the angular2.all import:

          "@grapecity/wijmo": "^5.20242.30",
          "@grapecity/wijmo.angular2.grid": "^5.20242.30",
          "@grapecity/wijmo.angular2.input": "^5.20242.30",
          "@mescius/wijmo.angular2.all": "^5.20242.30",
  

  correcting this to

          "@mescius/wijmo": "^5.20242.30",
          "@mescius/wijmo.angular2.grid": "^5.20242.30",
          "@mescius/wijmo.angular2.input": "^5.20242.30",
          "@mescius/wijmo.angular2.all": "^5.20242.30",
  

  solved the problem
