  Hello,
  
  when trying to set the formula =TODAY() to cell, it causes the application to crash. No exception nor another message to check what failed.

  Used version: 15.2.20223.0

              Cell cell = c.ActiveSheet.ActiveCell;
              //cell.Formula = "=SUM(A1:B1)";
              cell.Formula = "=TODAY()";

  It also crashes in the Spread WPF Explorer. Please fix.

  Hi,

  Apologize for the inconvenience.

  As per the development team, This is a bug of the calculation engine. There’s an infinite loop in “Volatile” functions. It’s a known issue and not all volatile functions will be re-calculated when a cell value has changed.
  
  The original problem (application hangs) can be fixed in v16.1. The formula value update issue shadowed by the original problem is a limitation.

  So, you need to wait till v16.1 release.

  Hi Jose,

  You can check with the latest installer. Select the latest version from the left-top dropdown. And then you can check the latest version specific to the technology i.e., Winforms, Asp.Net and WPF.
