  Hi,

  We are using the library to get value in multi-threaded environment and we found that IRange.Value will throw ArgumentOutOfRangeException or NullReferenceException when executed parallelly even with independent workbook instance. Please refer attachment for reproduction. Could you help to investigate this issue? Thank you.
