Try filling this Pdf and save it at your end.
If this demo is working then share more details about your application. How you are implementing your Pdf Saving functionality in PdfViewer.
If this demo doesn’t works, please share the error screenshot.

the demo is working. But the POC we did on our side is like this:
I deploy the support api to our QA server and our UI is also running on server. I use the build in save function. while I try to save the pdf, sometime I got the error as previous screenshot and sometime it saved fine. save function is not working consistently.
while I try it from localhost, once I point to the api on QA server, it shows “support api server not available.” if I point to api on single server, then it is working.
I am using a temporary license key.
the api I used is from the demo download and it has stated support local testing. is it the issue? how can we make it work on server?

I am not sure how to stripped down a sample of the issue. but the attached text file is the request and payload while I click the save button. while I notice the token states something about demo, would that be the cause? what does the token do?

Please check it with your sample. If it replicates, please share your Pdf file. So, we can test it at our end to investigate on this issue better.
