    Hi Feyga,

Please note ActiveReports v2 is a legacy product and we no longer support it. ActiveReports v2 is out of maintenance for a while now which is why no bug fixes or enhancement requests will be provided for ActiveReports v2.

I would suggest you to upgrade to ActiveReports 17 for the latest bug fixes and features. You may download ActiveReports 17 using the following link: Download ActiveReports 17

If upgrading ActiveReports is not an option for you, I would suggest you to rollback to Windows Server 2012 as it could just be an incompatibility issue or a bug.

Since ActiveReports v2 is an old product and we only have limited resources for the same which is why it seems other than upgrading the only suggestion I have for you is to rollback the changes.

    Regards,

    Akshay
