  I have installed 14,2 using VS 19 version 16.7.3. I move a report from a project using AR 9, I am getting the below error. I think I have tried everything but cannot resolve the issue. Please help.

      Dim resources As System.ComponentModel.ComponentResourceManager = New System.ComponentModel.ComponentResourceManager(GetType(Resources.arEJ150001))

  Hello,

  Do you have the image in the report. Could you try to re-add the image and run the application.

  If issue still occurs, could you please share the report with dummy db so that I can run the report at my end.

  Hello,

  Are you facing the error(mentioned in initial post) at design time or runtime?

  because I can’t get to the designer.
  
  Could you please share the screenshot of the SectionReport Designer error.

  If possible, can you share the report with us so that I can look into the report.

  Hello,

  Please try after manually adding a reference to GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Serializer NuGet package.
  
  if the problem still occurs:
  
  Try to reset VS (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/ide/reference/resetsettings-devenv-exe?view=vs-2019)

  If the issue is not resolved, please let me know.
