GrapeCity Developer Solutions Announces Documents v3.1 Release

The latest version includes enhancements for GcPdf, GcWord, GcImaging, and GcExcel. These updates deliver powerful new editing features that will help end-users share, organize, and collaborate more efficiently.
GcPdf allows users to redact content from PDF files and extract signature information in an existing PDF. The new GcPdfDocument.Redact method removes content for redaction in large groups or a single area, making it easier to protect vital information. GcPdf also introduces Signature.Content property to retrieve additional data from a signature's binary data. This new feature helps users ensure the validity of a digital signature on a PDF. In GcWord, users will find support for Find and Replace text using the new RangeBaseFindReplaceExtensions class. The find and replace methods provide a quick way to find/replace a particular portion of a document when processing a large number of files. GcWord has also added text boxes to Word documents with the new Shapes and TextFrame objects. GcImaging adds new properties to enhance support for rendering specific CJK characters on images. These features are helpful for far-east Asian audiences.
