Return Policy

End User Shrink-wrapped Product Returns

All MESCIUS shrink-wrapped products come with unconditional (30) thirty-day money back guarantee unless specifically noted otherwise. Any shrink-wrapped product purchased by an end user may be returned for a full refund within thirty days of purchase with no questions asked. No refunds shall be issued if return requests are made after the initial (30) thirty-day time period following the purchase of the product. From time to time MESCIUS bundles or integrates its shrink-wrapped products with the products of other third party companies; such bundles are often offered as non-returnable promotions and therefore not subject to this general policy.

End User ESD Returns

Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) purchases of MESCIUS products may only be returned if a) MESCIUS has granted to you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and b) you have returned a signed, completed copy of the letter of software destruction within the 30 days period following the actual purchase. Source Code sales are not covered by the ESD return policy.

Source Code Purchases

All source code sales are final. Due to the nature of Source Code sales MESCIUS return policies do not apply.

Telephone support services are not subject to this return policy.
