Find and show blown out (clipped) highlights in a JPG image

We load a photo, render it on the resulting bitmap using BitBlt, then scan the image's pixels and change the color of pixels with at least one channel at maximum (255) to magenta. The original photo is shown in the bottom right corner for reference.
