GrapeCity attends Technical Gathering in Tampa–huge success

150+ social media and technical attendees networked it up at this event which was organized by Fritz Eicheberger on Thursday April 7, 2011. It was the 12th year of Pure and Shameless Tech Socials!! There was much discussion on who is developing what software products, new mobile apps, and new social media strategies. I had a particularly interesting conversation with Antony Francis, of ‘Head of Lettuce Media” and information about twitter (@GrapeCity) and his social media training courses. Also, Mike Stark showed me his latest StarkNetwork Phone 7 app ‘Whats Shaking’ . This app provides info on Earthquakes in the last 7 days and provides ability to geo-locate earthquakes on a convenient map.
