RestCollectionView RestAPI with Server-Side Grouping (Angular)

This sample shows how you can extend the RestCollectionView class to create a custom RestGroupCollectionView class that talks to Mescius Demo Service's Grouping and Pagination RestAPI.

The RestGroupCollectionView class supports server-side grouping. It also supports virtualization and group lazy-loading for server based grouping with server based sorting, filtering.
