This set of release notes includes enhancements from the previous release, resolved issues and version details.

Enhancements from the previous Release

This version of the product has the following enhancements from the previous release.

• Spread for WinForms now enables you to skip invisible/hidden cells, rows and columns while copying a cell range along with their styles.

• The IWorksheet.AutoUpdateFilter property has been added to update the table's filter automatically whenever there is a change in cell of table or datasource bound to the table.

• Spread now displays a context menu at runtime using ContextMenuStrip property without the need for ribbon control

• Spread allows you to copy width, height and style settings from previous row/column to the new inserted row/column

• Spread Designer now provides you with the complete list of undo/redo action history as displayed in Excel.

• Spread now enables you to highlight the formula in active cell by using the DisplayFormulas property.

• Spread allows you to get the reference of the cell at the specified x and y coordinates of the pointer using GetCellReference method

• Users can now use the SaveAs method to save a worksheet/workbook to PDF format. This helps in making a consistency with MS Excel in printing and retaining the image quality.

• Spread for WinForms now enables the user to open and load an XML data file in spread component by using OpenXML method.

• The IAutoFilter.GetFilteredOutRows method has been added to get an array of filtered out row indexes that are filtered by using an AutoFilter.

• Users can now see the page break by using the DisplayPageBreaks property.

• Spread now displays the custom properties at worksheet level.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved since the last release.

• Fixed an issue where sorting became invalid after editing cells.

• Resolved an issue to move the enhanced shapes along with the container cells whenever a cell range is sorted.

• Fixed the issue where borders between the column header and cell were not displayed

• Resolved the issue where images of embedded objects from third-party applications were not getting displayed.

• Resolved the image quality issue in the exported pdf using PrintToPdf feature.

• Fixed the issue where shapes added to the Spread are distorted on export to PDF.

• Resolved the issue where an image placed in a cell was being positioned over the cell when exported in XLSX format.

• Fixed an issue of missing border on export to pdf.

• Resolved the issue where PrintType “Selected” was not getting checked while printing selection in the Page Setup Dialog box.

• Column Header cell tags are working as expected while saving and loading an xml file.

• Resolved the issue where on right clicking the column header cell to open "Header Editor" was throwing an exception.

• Fixed issue of throwing ArgumentOutOfRange exception on moving sheets in hidden Fpspread control.

• Resolved the resolution issue when printing Spread as a PDF file.

• Fixed the problem where validation actions were not working correctly.

• Fixed the issue where changed event of data model was occurring twice when last row of the sheet is deleted using RemoveRows method

• Fixed the issue where the top ruled line of the second page wasn’t displayed in Print Preview when PrintInfo.RepeatRowStart and PrintInfo.RepeatRowEnd were set.

• The scroll bar of the child hierarchy no longer appears when clicking a cell with 0 rows, with the parent hierarchy’s OperationMode set to SingleSelect.
