Enhancements from the Previous Release

This version of the product has the following enhancements from the previous release:

• Users can use the CacheOptions enumeration to improve the performance of specific formula functions, such as LOOKUP and MATCH type formulas with exact match.

• Spread Winforms supports tracing Precedents and Dependents cells in spreadsheets along with fetching external references.

• Users can now add percentage labels in Pie Chart.

• Users can now hide and unhide sheets using tab strip context menu.

• New formula functions ARRAYTOTEXT and VALUETOTEXT have been introduced to return text values from different non-text values.

• Scroll by pixel through mouse wheel is now supported in Spread Winforms.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved since the last release.

• On filtering a bound DataTable, the column width set by a user is retained.

• Selection style is rendered correctly when using SelectionStyle.SelectionColors.

• DrawingToolbar is rendered correctly.

• The label format of charts is retained while loading an Excel file.

• No exception is thrown on using SheetView's RecalculateAll method.

• Resolved the performance issue while loading an XML file.

• The hidden column in Excel file stays hidden when the file is saved in Spread.

• CellType of row can be cleared.

• No exception is thrown if a spreadsheet is sorted and the data source is changed.

• Making few changes in Spread Designer no longer clears all sheets.

• No exception is thrown on opening an XML file in Spread Designer.

• Checkbox symbol retains its alignment after loading an Excel file in SpreadJS Designer.

• The CellValueChanged events fire in the expected order based on which CalculationOnDemandMode is set.

• Spread XML saved with v13 loads correctly in v14 without any extra legend entries when exported to XLSX.

• Column width is retained when XLS file is reloaded.

• Spread restores the originally selected range when dragged to select merged cells and then dragged back to select the original range.

• On exporting an Excel file from Spread, its data is available when using Mail Merge in MS Word.

• Spread retains sheet's print margins when opening and saving an XML file.

• CheckBox is checked on a single click on a Touch Device.
