The CrossSectionBox control renders a rectangular outline with its corners where you place them in the header and footer sections, and its vertical lines growing with intervening sections.

Remarks

The background color of the CrossSectionBox control is rendered on the report page before any other sections and controls. This means that the background color is visible on transparent sections only.

Unlike the background color, the border of the CrossSectionBox control is rendered after all other controls on the page.
