Points to Remember
The following points must be kept in mind while working with Spread for WPF:
- Spread for WPF supports both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) environments.
- Microsoft products such as the OS, development tools, and frameworks listed in the system requirements are supported according to Microsoft's support lifecycle (extended support end date). When extended support for Microsoft products (and updates) ends, support for our products will also end.
Click here to know more information about the lifecycle of Microsoft products.
- When using this product with Visual Studio version 2017 or later, the ".NET Desktop Development" workload must be installed in advance.
If you install the workload later, Spread for WPF might not work and you may need to reinstall the product.
- Spread for WPF provides support for remote desktops. The client OS in the remote environment conforms to the operating environment.
- WPF Designer does not work with Blend for Visual Studio 2017/2019/2022 and Visual Studio Express Edition.
