Parameters

stream: The input stream.
ownStream: Indicates if the input stream should be closed when the GcWicTiffReader is disposed.
frameIndex: Index of a frame to read. Pass -1 to get all frames.
imagingFactory: The existing imaging factory, to avoid duplicating factories.
