Gets whether a cell at specified coordinates is merged, or not.

Parameters

row
The 1-based row index of the cell to check.
column
The 1-based column index of the cell to check.

Return Value

Returns true if the XFRecord of the specified cell has it's fMergeCell member set to "true".
