The Print dialog is used for managing print options such as selecting the print style, specifying content and font settings for header, footer and legend, and determining print range. It appears on clicking the Print button on the toolbar. The Print dialog shows five tabs namely General, Margin/Padding, Header/Footer, Legend and View.
The General tab allows you to choose printing style and lets you print specific dates. The following images shows the options provided in the General tab.
The Margin/Padding Tab lets you set margins and padding for printing the data. The following image shows the options provided in the Margin/Padding tab.
The Header/Footer tab lets you add header and footer to the page. Besides, you can also set the font style for headers and footers as per your requirements.
The Legend tab lets you add legends to the page. Additionally, you can set the font style for the legends. The following image shows the options provided by the Legend tab.
The Views tab lets you choose what columns to print. You can also set the scaling to adjust the page accordingly.
