Specifies a background gradient for the tooltips.

Name	Description
Automatic	Use a gradient that matches the current system Visual Style.
Blue	Use a blue background gradient.
Gold	Use a gold background gradient.
None	Use no background gradient.
Olive	Use an olive background gradient.
Silver	Use a silver background gradient.
Vista	Use the Vista-style background gradient.
