AI Agent Tools
Overview
Use the ActiveReports.NET MCP Server and Report Builder CLI to work with ActiveReports.NET through an AI agent.
ActiveReports.NET provides two tools for AI-assisted development:

The MCP Server helps the agent select the correct ActiveReports.NET features and implementation patterns. The Report Builder CLI gives the agent a structured way to work with .rdlx report files on your computer.
Set Up the MCP Server
Use the main MESCIUS MCP documentation to connect the ActiveReports.NET MCP Server to your AI client:
Read the MCP overview and get an MCP token.
Follow the AI client configuration instructions.
Select the ActiveReports.NET endpoint and use an ActiveReports.NET MCP token. MCP tokens are product-specific.
