Remarks
When set to false and all report parameters have default values, the viewer opens the parameters panel on load
without starting rendering. The report renders only after the user clicks "Preview" in the parameters panel.
This setting has no effect on reports that have no parameters or reports where at least one parameter has no default value.
The default value is true, which preserves the existing auto-execute behavior.
