This property changes the number for the first row for display purposes only. Therefore, for cell references in formulas, use the row numbers as if the numbering started at 1 or A. For cell references in your code, use the row numbers as if the numbering started at 0.
To change the starting column number displayed for the first column, set the StartingColumnNumber property.
