HorizontalScrollBarPolicy Property
Gets or sets whether and how the Spread component displays the horizontal scroll bar.

Property Value
ScrollBarPolicy setting that determines the display of the scroll bars
This example creates a sheet with 3 columns and 50 rows. The scroll bar policy (both Horizontal and Veritcal) is set to As Needed, so the horizonal scroll bar is not visible, since it is not needed with only 3 columns. The vertical scroll bar is displayed because 50 rows is more than can be displayed.
