Unlocks (resumes) adding of new items to ViewHistory temporarily locked by a previous call to LockHistory.

   HistorySavedActionsEnum userAction,

userAction: Action that was performed between the call to LockHistory and this call to UnlockHistory. This action is added to history.
historyItemCaption: Caption for the userAction history item.
