The event handler receives an argument of type ToolTipEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ToolTipEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

Remarks
This event fires only if the ShowScrollTips flag is set in the C1FlexGridBase.ScrollOptions property.
It allows you to specify the text that will be displayed in the scroll tip.
Example
The code below uses the C1FlexGridBase.ShowScrollTip event to display a scroll tip showing the value of the first cell that will become visible when the user stops scrolling.
