Parameters

direction: An integer value indicates the moving direction: 0 - Moves closewise 1 - Moves down 2 - Moves up 3 - Moves left 4 - Moves right
detectTable: true if moving active cell take care of table; otherwise, false.
isShownInvalidCells
notifyUI
