The value that is used to bind @code:ICellLinkControl.LinkedCell.

The actual meaning of this property depends on the @code:IControl.FormControlType of the current control.

FormControlType.CheckBox : @code:False - Unchecked, @code:true - Checked, @code:null - Mixed.
FormControlType.OptionButton : @code:False - Unselected, @code:true - Selected. This value is not nullable in IOptionButton.
FormControlType.Spinner, @code:FormControlType.ScrollBar : The current value.
FormControlType.ListBox, @code:FormControlType.DropDown : @code:ISelector.SelectedIndex + 1.
