Maps a code point range to the corresponding character range.

Syntax

public System.bool MapCodePointsToCharRange( 
   ref System.int index,
   ref System.int count
)

index: Inputs the code point index of the range start, outputs the character index of the range start.
count: Inputs the number of code points in the range, outputs the number of characters in the range.

True if the resulting range contains at least one character, false otherwise.
