    Gets or sets a value between zero and one that determines the minimum scale to be applied to elements when they are away from the center.

    Remarks

    This property is useful when the Distribution property is set to small values, and you want to prevent child elements from becoming too small when they are away from the mouse.

    For example, setting this property to 0.5 prevents any child elements from being reduced to less than half their original size.
