UnlockHistory Method (C1PreviewPane)

Unlocks (resumes) adding of new items to C1PreviewPane.ViewHistory temporarily locked by a previous call to C1PreviewPane.LockHistory.

userAction: Action that was performed between the call to C1PreviewPane.LockHistory and this call to C1PreviewPane.UnlockHistory. This action is added to history.
historyItemCaption: Caption for the userAction history item.
