Parameters

value: The value to convert.
from: The source unit of measurement.
to: The target unit of measurement.
fromDpi: The source DPI (used if from is UnitTypeEnum.Pixel).
toDpi: The target DPI (used if to is UnitTypeEnum.Pixel).

Return Value

converted to units.
