RoundRectangleProps Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the
RoundRectangleProps class. The location and size of the rectangle are set to those of the containing
RenderRoundRectangle object. The dimensions of the ellipse used to draw the rounded corners are set to
5% of the corresponding rectangle's dimensions.
