Parameters

brushHandle: A System.IntPtr indicates the handle of the brush.
regionHandle: A System.IntPtr indicates the handle of the region.
strokeSize: A System.Drawing.Size that specifies the width of vertical brush strokes and the height of the horizontal brush strokes.
