The event handler receives an argument of type RowColEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following RowColEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

Remarks
This event is analogous to the System.Windows.Forms.Control.Validating event.
Use this event to perform validation on all the values of a row. If the row does not pass validation, set the C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.RowColEventArgs.Cancel property to true.
Canceling this event prevents the C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.RowValidated event from occurring, and also prevents the user from leaving the invalid row.
