Remarks
This event fires only if the ShowScrollTips flag is set in the C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.ScrollOptions property.
It allows you to specify the text that will be displayed in the scroll tip.
Example
The code below uses the C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.C1FlexGridBase.ShowScrollTip event to display a scroll tip showing the value of the first cell that will become visible when the user stops scrolling.
