Remove Method (ValidationRuleCollection)

Removes the first occurrence of a specific object from the ValidationRuleCollection.

true if item was successfully removed from the ValidationRuleCollection; otherwise, false. This method also returns false if is not found in the original ValidationRuleCollection.
