    The event handler receives an argument of type Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.ContextMenuEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ContextMenuEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

    CursorTopGets the pixel offset of the text cursor vertical position.  
    HandledGets or sets a value that marks the routed event as handled. A true value for Handled prevents most handlers along the event route from handling the same event again.
