Spread for ASP.NET 9 provides new built-in skins.

To apply the skin, please choose it.

Additional, to increase constration of new skin (when color is darker), we add new theme of Command bar button: Office2016

In Spread for ASP.NET 9E, we support some new build-in skins that similiar with Excel 2016:
- Office2016Colorful,
- Office2016DarkGray.
- Office2016White, this is exactly the old skin Office2013.
