Remarks
This zoom policy will change System.Windows.Forms.PictureBox.SizeMode as System.Windows.Forms.PictureBoxSizeMode.Zoom when ZoomFactor is greater than 1 if System.Windows.Forms.PictureBox.SizeMode is System.Windows.Forms.PictureBoxSizeMode.AutoSize, System.Windows.Forms.PictureBoxSizeMode.CenterImage or System.Windows.Forms.PictureBoxSizeMode.Normal. And when ZoomFactor change as 1, the System.Windows.Forms.PictureBox.SizeMode will change back.
