    Creates a compound border.

    CompoundBorder Constructor(IBorder,IBorder)Creates a compound border with the specified inside and outside borders.  
    CompoundBorder Constructor(IBorder,IBorder,Int32,Color)Creates a compound border with the specified inside and outside borders and the specified face color.  
    Remarks
    Compound borders are made up of an inside and an outside border. The borders can be displayed next to each other, or with a space between them.
