    Sets whether the specified column on this sheet allows filtering.
    Sets whether the specified column or columns should allow filtering.

    SetColumnAllowFilter(Int32,Int32,Boolean) Sets whether the specified columns on this sheet allow filtering.  
    Remarks
    The default is for columns not to allow filtering.
