This set of release notes includes enhancements from the previous release, resolved issues and version details.

## Enhancements from the Previous Release

This version of the product has the following enhancements from the previous release:

* To keep up with the current technology and applications and future versions of .NET going forward, Spread for .NET [now supports .NET 5/NET 3.1 Core](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/adding-nuget-package-spread-windows-forms.html). You can [migrate the .NET Framework project](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/migrate_net_framework_project_to_netcore31_net5.html) to .NET Core project to support .NET5 or .NET 3.1 Core.
* Updated the [license for Spread.NET v14 components](/spreadnet/docs/latest/readme/installation/installSpWin) to use the new Mescius license model, and support the new platform components in .NET 5 package for NuGet distribution.
* Support has been provided for [adding Data Types](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/adding-data-types.html) just like in Excel so that users can access all the required information with an easy card pop up and extract key data from relevant objects.
* Users can now [add hyperlinks in cells](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/adding-hyperlink-in-cell.html) to access information in a web page or workbook.
* Extensive support for users to [display formulas in cells](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/displaying-formula-in-cells.html) which will aid them to audit formulas and understand unfamiliar workbooks, especially complex workbooks with numerous formulas.
* Users can now [edit shape points](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/editing_points_of_shape.html) by using API or Designer. By doing this, any existing shape can be modified to a custom shape according to requirements.
* Users can now [select multiple worksheets](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/selecting_multiple_sheets.html) at once so that you can perform multiple operations like delete, hide, move, copy, set tab color etc.
* Support has been provided for the new [LET calculation function](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-formula/functionLet.html) like in Excel.
* [Excel-compatible keyboard shortcuts](https://developer.mescius.com/spreadnet/docs/latest/online-win/using_excel_compatible_keyboard_shortcuts.html) are now supported to save users' time and increase their efficiency.
* CheckBoxCellType now supports the PictureZoomEffect property.
* Users can print the entire workbook easily now with "Print Entire Workbook" option, which has been added to the Print preview window.

## Resolved Issues

The following issues have been resolved since the last release.

* Users can display Subscripts and subscripts correctly in RichTextCellType.
* If users input Chinese characters to the cell, which already contains some character, the original characters gets removed.
* Visual Studio now retains the modified FocusIndicator set through the Spread Designer.
* Users can create custom code in UndoAction by overriding CellEditUndoAction in cases where the value of cells can change because of other cells.
* Thick cell border can be now applied to normal and merged cells perfectly.
* Fixed multiple issues when SetRowExpandable is invoked with childview.
* Recalculation works fine even for specific cell formula.
* Exporting the ImageCell to PDF now does not reduce the image quality.
* Users can now import Excel files with conditional formatting correctly.
